CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be at the frontline of our events representing our clients brands and increasing their exposure. You will have a range of tasks in your role; however, due to the range of campaigns and events that we run, no two days are ever the same at TTS Now.
Some of the main duties you will carry out as a Customer Service Advisor include:
Dealing with customer enquiries as required
Assisting customers with enquiries
Completing sales transactions as needed
Ensure customers are aware of new products, package upgrades and new deals
Complete new customer documentation
Assist with setting up the pop up events

Who can be a Customer Service Advisor?
If you have a confident, positive and compassionate personality then you would be well suited to this opportunity. Previous experience in sales is always a bonus however with TTS Now. is not a necessity as we do provide training to all successful Customer Service Advisor! You just have to be willing to learn and have a great student mentality.
