CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be at the frontline of our events representing our clients brands and increasing their exposure. You will have a range of tasks in your role; however, due to the range of campaigns and events that we run, no two days are ever the same at TTS Now.
The main duties of a CSA:
Addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Completing sales transactions as needed
Ensure customers are aware of new products, package upgrades, and deals
Input new customer documentation
Assist with setting up the pop up events

We offer far more than the standard pizza party, I assure you. CSAs are the backbone of our company and their hard work benefits us all. To thank them, our staff offers bonuses as well as advancement opportunities.
Social outings are also standard, however, due to the current pandemic, extraneous outings are currently suspended.
Can anyone become a CSA?
As long as you exude confidence, with a positive attitude, you can be whatever you set your mind to, including a Customer Service Advisor! While previous experience in sales is always beneficial, the job truly simply takes a good can-do attitude and you'll be set!
